What sizes fit standard sushi rolls?
Our 190×130mm tray takes an 8-piece roll; 240×150mm takes combo sets. Custom cavities for nigiri sets need one die — kept on file for reorders.
Is the window compostable?
PLA windows compost industrially with the kraft tray. For curbside-recycling markets we offer a no-window kraft lid printed with your menu shot instead.
