A branded cup walks around town for twenty minutes after the sale. We print and form cups in-house — single wall for cold and quick service, double wall that holds 85°C coffee without a sleeve.

- MOQ: 1,000 pcs per size — most cup factories ask for 10,000.
- Lead time: Samples 5–7 days. Production 12–18 days.
- Print: Full-wrap CMYK offset. Double-wall outer sleeve prints edge to edge.
- Barrier / finish: PE standard; water-based barrier for plastic-free claims and easier recycling.
- Compliance: FDA and EU 10/2011 aligned materials; LFGB, FSC and PFAS-free options. Documents supplied with the goods.

Questions buyers ask us
Why is your cup MOQ only 1,000 when others ask 10,000?
We gang smaller print runs on shared production days. Unit price drops at 5,000 and again at 10,000, but 1,000 lets a single café launch a branded cup without a year of stock.
Double wall or single wall plus sleeve?
Double wall costs slightly more per cup but kills the sleeve SKU, the sleeve labour and the sleeve litter. Most specialty cafés we supply switched and stayed.
Do the cups work with standard sippy lids?
Yes — 80mm and 90mm rims match universal CPLA and PS lids. We supply matched lids in the same shipment, and pulp cup carriers too.
Are plastic-free cups available?
Water-based barrier cups carry hot drinks fine and skip the PE liner. They're the answer where single-use-plastic rules are tightening — we'll match the spec to your market.
