Compliance guide

FDA-aligned food packaging, with the documents your importer asks for

US food-contact compliance is about materials and proof. We manufacture with paper, inks and coatings selected against FDA food-contact requirements, and every shipment carries a documentation pack: material specifications, composition statements, and lab reports where the food type calls for them. One change worth knowing: FDA has moved PFAS grease-proofing agents out of US food contact, so every greaseproof grade we ship to the US is PFAS-free by default — no opt-in needed.

Questions buyers ask us

Does 'FDA compliant' mean FDA certified?
No — and any supplier claiming an 'FDA certificate' for packaging is overselling. FDA doesn't certify packaging; it sets material requirements. Compliance means manufacturing with conforming materials and being able to prove it, which is what our documentation pack does.
What documents arrive with a US shipment?
Material spec sheets, a food-contact statement covering FDA requirements, PFAS-free confirmation for greaseproof items, and lab migration reports when your food type needs them.
Can my importer audit you?
Yes. We share material sources and process documentation under NDA, and host customer audits at the factory.
